This navy blue stunning dress has a bodice with plunging neckline, long sheer sleeves and sheer back. The full skirt is lined. There are long ties attached at the front of the dress that you can wrap around the dress and tie in a bow. No brand tag. 69% acetate/23% nylon/8% spandex exterior fabric, 100% silk tie fabric, 84% polyester/16% spandex lining fabric. No size tag, given the measurements I have listed as size S.
