Lightweight with zipper closure. Pleated at the shoulder for a tailored look. This fit me when I was a size 14, so there’s a bit of leeway with the elastic, but no stretch to the fabric. These are a dream, I bought it pre-pandemic and now it doesn’t fit! Measurements flat: Waist unstretched 18 Waist stretched 20.5 Hip 21 Inseam 25.5 (but drop crotch)
