Hi I visited Canada post today as soon as they opened 9am to inquire about your order that I dropped off DAYS AGO and they were only able to tell me that it was picked up but not yet scanned. They could not explain to me why it’s not scanned yet. I apologize that this is taking so long, I would be unhappy too.
