@321designer hi the inseam measurement is 31 inches. the back pant fabric content is 74% polyester 21% rayon 5% spandex. there is some stretch:)

TVM. Also, how many inches from crotch to seam near the knee? Is the leather front of the pants lined? TVM!

@321designer hi Jacqueline, np, the leather is lined from the waist to the "knee" seam. the back of the pants are lined 3/4 of the was down. from the crotch to the "knee" seam is approximately 15.5 inches. hope this helps:)
