marystohr @v_land It’s a scam that has sadly gotten into Poshmark which I have reported. The way they work it is they send you a certified check. When it clears your bank they send someone to pick up the item. Then in about 2 weeks the bank is notified that the certified check was either stolen or fraudulently created. You then have to. Pay the bank back.

marystohr So at this point you are out your money and the merchandise. And sometimes worse. They send cert check for more money so you can pay the agent who picks up item so you are out that also. I recommend you just msg them back saying you don’t do business off Poshmark site and they can just make offer there.

marystohr I don’t know if you realize this but it’s a big no no to do business with a buyer or seller acquired on Poshmark off site. You can and will be thrown off Poshmark for that. It’s stealing of sorts and you must remember this is a public forum and everyone can see this so Poshmark knows if you step sideways. Anyhow it’s a scam so just tell them no you don’t do business off site.

marystohr @v_land Hi Val. Happy to help. On a listing at the bottom right corner you will see a symbol that sort of looks like a square. Tap on that and a screen will come up that says share near the top. To share to your followers just tap the word share.

marystohr To share your closet to your followers same thing only your closet. To share items from your closet to a specific party do same thing except during party a second word share will appear above the original one. Tap that to share appropriate items from your closet to parties.

Same procedure to start but after tapping little square on share screen at bottom you will see Twitter and tumblr etc. tap on the one you wish to share to and the screen will change and after it does tap on done top right. marystohr @v_land Hi. Good morning. You did like a couple of items by tapping the heart button. They are now stored in your like list until you unlike by tapping heart again or purchasing. When I see a like I send out private discounts offer to liker as I will do for you.

marystohr I would suggest not liking things unless you are thinking you might like to purchase as Poshmark limits the number of discounts we can offer at a specific price and they force us to lower the offer price after that. You get to a place where you can’t offer a discount as it gets too low. If your not interested in purchasing just share items.

marystohr As you get shares and likes from new poshers you will get lots of likes and you will see what I mean. And there is no way to discern who is thinking purchase and who just thinks something is nice so you will send out offers to all. I didn’t get it at first but I learned the hard way when I got messages to lower my offers more if I wanted to send. Oops. Now I get it. Have a great day and congrats. You are doing great.
