goshops @sandypandy1 I'm north, just shy of being in cypress! We hv been lucky too, thsnk God. But, we hv ended up in a bit of an island, im afraid! Cypress Creek is out of its banks and has flooded most major thoroughfares out of the neighborhood (Lakewood Forest). The homes on the perimeter of our subdivision are flooded.🙁 You stay safe too Sandy!! Hope to b n touch soon!!🤗
