Denim Capri’s 18 inch flat waist measurement

These are a light denim capri that are distressed with holes in both thighs. The size tag says one thing but please take into consideration the flat waist measurement is 18 inches with a 9 inch rise. There is a little bit of stretch in this denim. These were very gently worn and need a new home! Please see the above photos for all other measurements.
