@gceline1212 hi sorry for delay. Waist is 15.5", hips are 28", length (not fully extended is 33".

Thanks for posting the measurements! I see that the hip measurement is 36" ; waist 30" etc. Will fit too loose on me.
My measurements are waist 26.5"; hips 32"-33".

@gceline1212 no worries! It does sit a bit lower on hips - not quite at true waist, below belly button. If that helps at all.
