Designer Joeffer Caoc City Lights Blouse

Unexpected, artistic, and architectural. This short sleeved designer blouse by Joeffer Caoc is absolutely stunning in both daylight and on a dark evening. There is a lovely asymmetrical hem in the front and allows the fluidity of the fabric (i.e. could be used for a formal event in early pregnancy). The blur of colours resemble the blur of city lights at night. The size is 4 but fits more like 8. I had the original Joeffer Caoc studio in Toronto to tailor the shape of the arms for me.
