Open heart pendant in finest quality sterling silver. With two heart shaped natural purple amethyst stones and one natural Earth mined diamond. The diamond is mostly colorless, just a tiny bit yellow. Stamped 925 MHJ. In excellent condition. Can be worn on a thin chain that goes through the top opening (two pictures before last) , or on a thick chain in the same way as Tiffany open heart pendants (last picture).
