Designer Pablo button up blouse from Paris boutique

Beautiful white button up with black details. Lots of nice touches, including hidden buttons, sheer "Swiss dot" material. It feels so high quality, but I'm not sure the material. Look up the brand Pablo to learn more! I ended up with this when travelling and my suitcase didn't arrive. I had to buy something quickly and I don't normally wear white. It's such a beautiful piece. I'm sure someone else will love it!
