Diane Von Furstenberg Golden Yellow and Black Ruffled Midi Sundress

The tag mentions a belt however I didn't purchase it with one. A black silk sash would be a perfect accompaniment. Measurements: ptp 32 - resting but stretches considerably. Shoulders 30 " is the neck opening to 40" where your shoulders would be Length (f) 27" (b) 36" I’ve had this in my own closet for a while but don’t fill out the bust or shoulders enough to make it work.
