Absolutely gorgeous blouse that unfortunately doesn't fit me :( Purchased from the another Posher, but the sleeves are too tight on my arms. Sleeves are back are sheer, front is opaque. There is a little snap button on the front so the top can be worn open (sexy!) or closed (elegant!). 100% silk with 100% polyester lining. Listed as size 10, but if you ask me it fits more like an 8.
