Dior Defile Black Leather Pumps

I love, love these Dior Defile pumps with the asymmetric heel. I have worn them more than any other shoes I own. I have worn them so much I have had them re-soled and had the heel tips replaced to last me longer, but I can no longer wear them. I wish I didn't have to part with them. They don't have cushion, so may be more comfortable with insoles. The photos show how worn they are.
