jelizalde3 @tesasmith we’ll sort of! I recently purchased some Vans for my niece’s bday but apparently she just had a growth spurt and the size 3 I ordered from you are too small for her. I was hoping to get lucky and you might have a 4 in the same pair. If not, do I have options for a rerun or exchange for something else in your shop?

tesasmith @jelizalde3 Unfortunately once you've accepted an item poshmark won't do refunds. I have tried to do returns. In the end we both end up losing. It's stupid. I wish they had a different way to do things. I am super sorry 😞 I tried buying back shoes recently and both of us ended up losing about 20.00 each and posh made money.

Poshmark sent you the labels (I contacted them) they gave you 5 days to ship the item back, none of which you did. I am sorry for the mistake, it happens.
