These pants have been shortened at the hem and the size on the garment tag differs from the actual measurements. The waist is 37" and the length is 27.5". Refer to the hem in the last two photos. The measurements provided are approximate and were taken with the garment laying flat. Taking a similar garment from your wardrobe and measuring it while it's laying flat, will help you to compare measurements.
