Made to Measure from a 50IT pattern, fits about a 41-43 chest depending on how you like to wear your jackets, quite slim through the stomach. Sleeve 24 and 1/4” straight from the shoulder seam. 20 and 1/2” lain flat armpit to armpit. 29 and 1/2” from bottom of the collar down to the bottom edge along the back seam. A decent tailor should be able to adjust anything within reason, but decent is the operative word.
