Drunk, Stoned, or Stupid Game $20

I guess I'm neither drunk, stoned, nor stupid enough to grasp the finer strategies of this game, but maybe you are - or better yet, you know someone who could do this game justice. Played once. Failed miserably. And I'm a poor sport. I like to win.
