Dusty rose maxi dress w/cap sleeves & rag hem

Lovely and elegant dusty rose maxi dress is pretty, but the rag hem at the bottom gives it a swingy effect when you move. It’s like the dress is gracefully dancing at the slightest movement. Cap sleeves, stretchy, comfortable. Very generous size. New, never worn. Excellent quality fabric.
