Dynamite skirt

Dynamite flowy skirt with a tropical pattern of palm trees and parrots. Light green and white with some purple accents. Elastic waist band. 17.5 inches from top to bottom (hits mid thigh on me and I’m 5’6’’ for reference.) Like new condition, worn only twice.
