juliesp I ordered an item from you on September 3rd, and you still have not shipped it. I have written to you four times, and no response from you. This is very poor customer service. It is now September 9th, and I would appreciate a full refund. I purchased the item for my daughter to wear to a 9-11 ceremony, but you have refused to ship it.
