ETON Blue and White Checkered Slim Fit Men's Button Up Shirt. Size 43/17

Reposhing this item I purchased from @rmey233. Purchased for my partner, but it is too small. All his Eton shirts are a Slim 43/17, but this is tighter/smaller. So, either someone shrunk it or their sizing has changed. I can confirm, the sizing on the tag is accurate, but I would expect it to run smaller if you are used to this brand/size. Questions?
