Vintage MADE IN HONG KONG White hooded Sailer Style lined Rain Coat with 2 large pockets snaps. Shoulder pads. Ross Coat also has a zipper. Good Vintage Pre-Loved Condition. The lining is starting to rip, shown on pictures, also, button loops are used, but still good, this coat still has a lot of life in it Probably a Size 24, pls see measurments to be sure.
