Early 2000 Laura Ashley silk dress with ruched top size 12 UK or 8 US or 38 EU

This dress is very pretty. It is beige silk chiffon with a slightly art deco pattern to it. It was worn only a few time and looks as new. Please refer yourself to the following measurements to see if it fits: Bust across 18.5 inches, waist across 15 inches, hips across 22 inches, length 43.5 inches. Please note that the dress is not supposed to be tight. The style is rather loose and flowy, as it is silk chiffon. The dress is obviously lined. Please ask all questions before buying. Thank you.
