Early 2000 green yellow silk Tara Jarmon polka dots asymmetrical skirt and top

This ensemble is exquisite and cost a fortune. It was worn only a few times. It consists of a t-shirt style top in silk jersey (the most beautiful material!), and a silk skirt which has a zipper on the side. The skirt is asymmetrical, it is made to be longer on one side. It is chartreuse green with little yellow polka dots. The outfit is about a 40 Fr. Please look at the measurements closely to make sure it fits: Top - measurements under the bust across 16.5 inches, length 22.5 inches. Skirt - waist across 15 inches, hips across 21 inches, length 23 inches. The skirt fits on the low waist and is supposed to be flowy, not tight. Please ask all questions before buying. Thank you.
