Eddie Bauer Cloud Cap Stretch Insulated Trench Coat This is a lovely rain jacket with a quilted and insulated layer. The exterior is a really nice soft and stretchy material that doesn't feel crinkly like many rain shells do, but it is completely waterproof and acts as a good windbreaker too. It has lots of convenient details that make this a great jacket for travelling to a rainy destination or going for outdoor adventures (see last pic for product features from the website). Tagged women's size large. However I found it quite tight around the hips, so I've provided both a pit to pit measurement (about 21 inches) and a flat lay hip measurement (about 23 inches). For reference, I'm a 44 inch hip, and it's quite snug around my hips – it zips up, but only because the material is stretchy! Excellent used condition – worn a few times last season, but no signs of wear. No imperfections. From a cat-friendly household.
