Eddie Bauer weather edge raincoat size Small

Sorry for the wrinkles! It has been packed away for awhile. Inside of the jacket is like new. All the waterproofing on the seams looks great. Zipper underarms. Inner and outer zip pockets. Bottom drawstring. Drawstring hood. This coat does have something happening on some of the exterior fabric. They are like little shiny spots. Not sure what caused them as jacket is pretty much new. They do not affect function and are not noticeable except up close. See photos.
