Elegant Navy Halter Dress

Originally purchased from The Bay years ago. Never worn. Minor alterations: I had the halter straps shortened and added a stitch to close the front a bit. This could easily be removed. Note this dress is very open in the back and would be a better fit for someone with a larger bust to fill out the front. Otherwise, it may gape. It fits me perfectly at the waist (mine is about 29”) but is too large in the bust for comfort (I wear a 34B).
