@optimism12345 hey there, sorry for delay, Posh asked me to send info - because the the box was mishandled by post office and broken - I sent them pictures posted outside my home - hopefully they can look into post office, I let them know it’s not the sellers fault.

No problem at all. I’m glad that I contacted Poshmark inquiring about the funds. I am just sad to know that such a beautiful dress was damaged during the shipping process. It appears that they also released the payment to me as well. Oh well, there is nothing that we can do now. Hopefully this won’t happen again. @optimism12345 I am glad they released the funds to you. I told them from the beginning it was not the sellers fault - I’ve never experienced something like this - and then the same week I received a damaged box also from another company - 😔 must be the crazy rush and stress times of the pandemic. Oh well, I managed to save the dress, I absolutely love it! and I will def. check out your closet in the future 😃
