poshluxe48 Hi :) I think it depends on the body type. On me it's snug, but not tight. I measured halfway between the waist and the hem (48 cm). I uploaded the pictures of the measurement. Hope it helps!

poshluxe48 Hi, here are the measurements: over chest 46 cm; waist 40 cm, length 88 cm. The material is stretchy, so there is maybe an extra 1 cm. Please note that I measured the dress flat on the table. Thank you.
