closet_dr What is the underlying metal of your plated rings? Do you know how often to expect to have them “redipped”?

e_besich @drclo Hi, it varies upon the ring. Is their a specific ring you are inquiring about? As for redipping, I am not sure about that. I do know the rings will need to be cleaned after excessive wear. However, the timeframe between cleanings really depends on the amount worn.

closet_dr @e_besich thanks for the quick reply! I have really acidic skin and have a reaction to nickel, hence the questions. My engagement ring was supposed to be plated in white gold but after a few years, the yellow gold is showing through. Maybe I didn’t clean it enough. I’m looking at your rose gold size 9 rings.
