Feminine and flirty, this blue skirt is versatile, light and so comfortable. Pure silk, although there are no fabric tags attached. I moved the waist clasp to make it smaller. You can move it back with a few stitches to its original larger waist. Small mark near my finger - barely noticeable. See last photo for measurements. Excellent used condition.
