Elizabeth and James Silk Tunic Blouse. It is a navy/cream print in a sheer georgette. Would look gorgeous over a pretty lace bra or cami! Can be worn open or closed with a single silk covered button. Crossover style with gathered sleeves. Waist is elasticized and very stretchy. Relaxed the waist is easily 30”. Easily fits a size 8-12 US. Very forgiving and loose fitting.
