Emerald Green Polo Collar Midi 70s Vintage Handmade dress

A vibrant emerald green midi dress, short sleeves, and a polo collar. A real 70s piece with a long front zip. Would easily fit M to XL because it has a tie at the waist and is a stretchy poly fabric. I have a large bust and it fits great. It’s home made so it doesn’t have a tag. I’m 5’8 and it hits just above the knee.
