Emerald Green Sheer overlay prom, cocktail dress This dress is an eye catcher. It looks black until the mesh overlay catches the light, and then it's an electric green sparkly color. The high waist and spaghetti straps give it a very fun vibe. There is no fabric content or size tag left on this dress, but my mom wore it when she was a size 4-6.
