Beautiful silk dress in cobalt blue with straps and ruffle. Hourglass like shape with beautiful ruffle at the bottom. Pit to pit 16 inches Waste is 14 inches flat ( 28 -29 inches round) Length from waste down is 26 inches, from the out to the bottom is 34 inches. Straps are 10 inches but can be readjusted. Fabric feels like satin with bit of stretch but it is 100% silk. Made in Italy
