Light, airy, but not see thru this piece is a beautiful washed black that is timeless and goes with everything. Super easy to style, with a micro ruffle down the front that makes this blouse reminiscent of a tuxedo style. The perfect piece for under a cardigan, blazer, or leather jacket.
