gailconstance I re-measured the pit to pit measurement and it is accurate but will stretch to 20” across. I would say the limiting factor is probably more the waist size because there is no stretch at the waist. Hope this helps!

gailconstance @allisoneglin660 Yes, the dress flares out and is fuller around the hips. About 20” across the hips. I would call this a fit and flare dress. Smallest at the waist.
