Esprit black blazer/ jacket size 14

Feel like this is an oldie but not sure if it can be considered vintage yet IN EUC - states 14 but measurements are def smaller see below Lightweight jacket/blazer - not blazer material but blazer look….so not sure how to categorize it Measurements P2P 20.5 inches length 24.5 inches
