keonna_28 Good evening I notice your comment under a person we both recently sold North Face Jackets to. I have sent an email to Poshmark and attempted to reach her by way of her page as well . I also noticed she has several messages saying the address was not deliverable . Just curious what happens in these instances. Thanks for your time.

jp_fine @keonna_28 I had a favorable outcome after an annoying experience. Like you I noticed the same comments, reached out to the buyer who was unresponsive, and contacted Poshmark a few times to complain with A) a screenshot of tracking info showing the numerous attempts by USPS to deliver and contact buyer, and B) a screenshot of the numerous seller comments documenting the same situation with which you are dealing.

jp_fine @sherecelanae USPS left me a voicemail today and said they do not know where your package is and will research its whereabouts again tomorrow. I will follow up again when I have more info.

jp_fine @sherecelanae Update: USPS is still trying to track down your package. They admit they have lost it. The options now are if 1) they find it, it will be delivered, or 2) they can’t find it, we’ll have to cancel the transaction. I’ll follow up again when I hear back from them.
