gabe1100 Hello, I wasn’t sure where I could send you a message. You purchased my Cartier tote and I noticed you said there were additional scratches and crease on back. I’m confused because none of that was on the bag when I shipped it. I’m so sorry you received the bag in less than stellar condition! As you can tell, I’m very new to Poshmark and not familiar with all the nuances. I do hope you’ll continue to check out items as I make them available. Any suggestions/advice is welcome! :)

nofashionnofun @marcik3 Well, they were lots of tiny scratches all over the bag, not as visible as the white mark near the opening that you disclosed, but still scratches. Maybe the crease came from packing? Since the price was fair, I did not return the bag (which I could have, under the Poshmark rules) but instead took it to a luxury leather care place for treatment.
