FLAWED large white gallery frame no glass or mat

Will hold an 18 by 24 print, mat and glass are missing. Some marks from transit, frame itself is 19 by 25 inches. Could be used to frame a canvas or metal print, you could also get a mat made as well as new glass or acrylic piece to frame photos.
