Reposhing this lovely cotton shirt dress in ciel blue by FRAME that I purchased from @nothing2wearto. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Measures approximately 38 inches long (from the back) and 21.5 inches (pit to pit, flat). Has in-seam side pockets and same-fabric tie belt. In excellent used condition. Questions?
