Basically new, only tried on indoors. Purchased from Rue 21 in the USA. Size says 7-8, The footbed measures 24.5cm. All man-made materials. You can see there is some exposed glue on the inside of the shoe but it is essentially not visible when you wear them. This is the quality of shoe you would expect to find at Forever 21 for example, but honestly they are so cute and vibrant.
