Bust measurement is around 31 inches, and the dress length is between 45 and 50 inches (as you can see from the pictures, it's not a straight across cut so there's some variation). If it's helpful, in the photo, I was around 5'4 and the solid material goes to right above my knee, and then the sheer material goes around mid-calf.
