@nomud_nolotus The only thing I would do is start including measurements in your descriptions. I know it’s tedious (trust me I hate doing it) but it saves people from having to ask a ton of questions and also covers you when it comes to a circumstance where someone tries to open a return case because it doesn’t fit them. If the measurements are in the description they can’t say they didn’t know.

@felreg12 thank you :) I use an app called ProKnockout. When you go into the app click “cut out”. Then, click “album” to pull up your photos and select the photo you want. It’ll give you the option to crop it but you don’t have to just click the check mark in the top right corner.

@felreg12 On the next screen, click where is says “InstaAlpha” and then touch the background of your picture and it will erase the background. And then to finish just hit the next arrow until it takes you to a screen that lets you choose how you want it to be saved. Just click the one with the white background and click album. It’ll save it to your camera roll :)

Hey Christina- so I watch your You -Tubes (thank you!) and my phone won’t allow me to comment. QUESTION: what do you use to define the edges of an item when in the ProKnockout app? My finger doesn’t work (too big). Is there a stylus or something for the phone? TIA; I’m not very “tech gadget” aware😬

@miliero68 That's a great idea, but unfortunately a lot of disaster relief organizations advice not to donate clothing because they don’t have room for storage, and they end up with such a mishmash of things that can’t be utilized. They advice donating to the local Salvation Army and Goodwill because they will make vouchers available to survivors to pick up clean and properly-sized clothing, including in areas that have been evacuated so that volunteers do not have to process the clothing :)

Then, I remembered I had another pair of shorts, same style, size, brand, etc. that I thought he may also be interested in and could purchase as a bundle and pay shipping once (benefit for him) however we can’t figure out how to get him to be able to bundle now since I accepted the offer on the first pair already. Hey!! I noticed that you have breakable items in your closet. When I put a vase in my closet for sale, I got a pop up that says that Poshmark isn’t responsible for damage. I was wondering if you knew what to do if something does break?

I know Priority Mail comes with insurance but since Posh handles the shipping, I wasn’t sure if we as sellers could file claim. I haven’t had any problems but it is something I should consider before putting fragile items up. Any advice would be appreciated!! Thanks JennyLee
