The firework-like designs are sequins in gold, turquoise and Barbie hot pink.Hues vary with lighting. Made of pure silk. It is new (never used - hidden in storage between international moves and it was stored inside a protective garment bag in a pet and smoke free home). All year round wear , perfect for a cruise, a party, a gala, to attend a wedding, or for any other special occasion. Care is dry cleaning. Fully lined in black. Shoulders (padded): 13.5 inches Waist: 15.5 inches Length: 34 inches Condition: « old but like new » in other words, I do not see any flaw but this is vintage and you never know when a thread will give up…so far so good😜
