Floral Smocked Top

This is a fully elastic smocked top. Honestly, the stitching on this top isn't holding up and is coming apart in a lot of places. Just listing as maybe someone wants to give it another life or one last run. I'm pretty sure this was a Maurices top resold as a "2 Dye 4" top. Tag says XL but I found it fit more L. Dog friendly home. All items are rewashed before I mail them. Make me an offer or bundle and save!
