Floral dress with empire waist

NWOT. Vintage floral print, long-sleeve minidress with empire waist. Ties at the neck. Keyhole opening at the back. Side zipper. Skirt is lined and top is sheer with built in spaghetti strap camisole. I listed as size 4 as I don’t feel it’s a true size 2. I generally where 6 and this dress fits me. Measurements: Under bust 28” around, Length 29”
