Floral long-sleeve blouse

This navy/floral long-sleeve blouse has bell sleeves. The front is v-neck + the back has a low-v... but the back also has a tie connecting the shoulders for support. The back has an open seam down the center with criss-crossing ties and is adjustable! Lastly - the front has a double layer (so not see-through) and the back is sheer.
